Actor Ahmed Malek is currently preparing for several new artistic projects, which are expected to be officially announced in the coming period.

He recently signed on to star in a new film, tentatively titled "Sawa Sawa", with the production company now working on selecting and signing the rest of the cast, in preparation for filming to begin in the coming weeks.

As for his latest cinematic work, Ahmed Malek starred in the film "6 Days", written by Wael Hamdy and directed by Karim Shaaban. He co-starred alongside Aya Samaha, Malek Emad, Malak Yasser, Mostafa Hosny, and others. The story revolves around a reunion between Youssef and Alia after years of separation caused by difficult circumstances, as fate brings them back together after each had followed a different path in life.
On the television front, Ahmed Malek recently achieved notable success during the past Ramadan season with the series "Wlad El Shams" (Sons of the Sun), written by Mohab Tarek and directed by Shady Abdel Salam. The series featured Mahmoud Hemida, Taha Desouky, Farah Youssef, Mariam El Gendy, Diaa Abdel Khaleq, and others. It follows a suspenseful storyline about two characters, "Wala’a" and "Meftah," who live in an orphanage where they face harsh treatment. They decide to rebel against their imposed reality, especially after being forced to commit crimes for the orphanage director, "Majed." As he wages war against them, they strive to defend themselves and save the other children from his control.
