Egyptian actress Badreya Talba expressed strong dissatisfaction 😞 with the recent smear campaigns circulating across several social media pages. She emphasized that the viral content attacking her was based on misleading edits taken from a live video to create controversy and generate views.

Talba stated through her official Facebook account:
“Any page that copied false content and repeated baseless statements just to chase a trend—without caring that I have a family, children, and grandchildren who get hurt—will face the law. I already explained that this was a targeted campaign, and the video was manipulated, yet some insisted on continuing because of the money they make from fake engagement.” ⚠️

Online Abuse Incident

One follower posted an offensive comment, writing:
💬 “Have some shame… a grave would suit you better.”

Badreya strongly responded:
💬 “If you don’t like me, don’t visit my page. But insulting me has consequences—you will face legal action.”

Previous Legal Case

In a previous incident, the Court of Misdemeanors ruled it was not competent to handle a case filed against the actress, which accused her of misusing social media and insulting the Egyptian public. The case was transferred to a higher criminal court after the prosecution charged her under the Penal Code and the Cybercrime Law.

The earlier complaint was filed after Talba allegedly used offensive expressions in a live broadcast, which some interpreted as an insult to the public. The case is still ongoing as it moves through judicial channels ⚖️.

Badreya Talba’s Final Statement

The actress reaffirmed her position:
“Therefore, I will take my full legal rights. Cases have already been filed—some now have arrest warrants, and others are negotiating to settle. But just as you didn’t show mercy while spreading lies and damaging my reputation, I won’t back down from taking my rights legally.” 💪🔥

She ended her message by thanking those who supported her:
“Thank you to everyone who understood the truth, removed misleading posts, and stood by my side.” ❤️
