In exclusive statements, Madihah explained that Samihah Ayoub’s neighbor, who had just completed the Umrah pilgrimage, brought Zamzam water and used it to wash the deceased, in a scene reflecting the spiritual atmosphere surrounding her farewell.

She pointed out that Samihah’s health deteriorated two days before her death due to a severe drop in blood pressure, which required the use of medical IV fluids in an attempt to save her. However, she passed away quietly and painlessly the following dawn. Madihah
