The National Cinema Center, chaired by Dr. Ahmed Saleh, organizes Women’s Cinema Club activities on Monday, February 16 at 6 PM at El-Hanager Cinema in the Cairo Opera House 🎥🌟, under the supervision of film critic Shahenda Mohamed Ali.

The event will feature 8 short films representing diverse creative approaches addressing various social and women’s issues, including:

• "No Consolation for Ladies" – Director: Mohamed Zain

• "Last Nights of Summer" – Director: Fatma Yasser

• "Together" – Concept & Director: Mohamed Sameh

• "The Return" – Screenplay & Director: Osama El-Kashef

• "There Is Hope" – Screenplay & Director: Ahmed Abdel Maaboud

• "Neck of the Bottle" – Screenplay & Director: Amr El-Sadawy

• "Your Dream, Dunia" – Writer & Director: Rami Raafat

• "Smartophobias" – Writer & Director: Nour Abu Alaa

Following the screenings, an interactive panel discussion will be held, led by Shahenda Mohamed Ali, with filmmakers and audiences 🎤💬, aiming to strengthen cinematic dialogue and support creative works addressing women’s issues.

These events aim to highlight female talent in Egyptian cinema and provide a platform to discuss social and cultural issues affecting women and the general audience, while introducing attendees to contemporary artistic trends and new cinematic ideas ✨❤️.
