Alexandria security forces successfully apprehended a tuk-tuk driver involved in a traffic incident that caused damage to a private vehicle, following the circulation of a video showing the collision and the driver threatening the car owner with a wooden stick.
Investigations revealed that the incident began with a verbal dispute between the two drivers over right-of-way, after which the tuk-tuk driver drove against traffic, collided with the car, and caused damage. When the car owner confronted him, the tuk-tuk driver threatened him with a wooden stick in an attempt to intimidate him.

Authorities identified both the car owner and the tuk-tuk driver, confirming that the latter did not hold a driving license and had the wooden stick in his possession. The tuk-tuk was seized, and legal measures were taken against the suspect to ensure traffic safety and protect citizens from assault and traffic violations.
