Authorities arrested Rouh immediately after the video circulated on social media, which appeared to show her attempting to take her life using medication, prompting urgent legal intervention.
Rouh was taken to the police station, a report was filed, and investigations are underway to determine the circumstances and motives behind the video, as part of measures against inappropriate online content.
Experts also urge anyone contemplating suicide to seek immediate psychological support or contact trained professionals for help.
