Investigators have referred media personality Ahmed Ragab to trial over allegations of insult and defamation against a businessman.
The referral stated that Ragab posted words and expressions on his personal YouTube account that harmed the honor and reputation of the complainant, constituting an offense under the law.
Investigations also revealed that he intentionally harassed the complainant and misused communication tools, employing his YouTube account to commit the alleged offenses.
