Egypt’s national football team moved up three places to rank 32nd in the October 2025 FIFA World Ranking, maintaining its position as the second-best Arab team after Morocco.
🇪🇬 The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) has released its latest world ranking for October 17, 2025, showing significant changes among the top nations and a notable rise for Egypt.
Spain claimed the top spot in the global ranking, followed by Argentina in second place, then France, England, and Portugal completing the top five.
Egypt made steady progress, jumping three spots to reach 32nd worldwide — the second-best Arab team after Morocco and the third in Africa behind Morocco and Senegal.
Meanwhile, Morocco dropped one place to 12th, while Croatia slipped two positions to 11th.
