🗳️ As Al Ahly SC prepares for its upcoming board elections on October 31, candidate Mohamed El-Damati, running on Mahmoud El-Khatib’s list, expressed his confidence in the members’ support and emphasized the importance of strong participation in shaping the club’s future.

El-Damati highlighted the stability and trust within the club, reflected in the unopposed nominations for several positions. “A large turnout in the elections will reaffirm the strength of Al Ahly’s General Assembly, which has always been the backbone of the club,” he said.

❤️ The candidate, a lifelong Al Ahly supporter, added: “It’s an honor to be part of El-Khatib’s team for the third time. Our mission is to continue serving the members and completing the projects we started.”

💼 He explained that development and investment will be the main priorities of the upcoming phase, given the rising costs of sports operations and member services. “Our campaign’s slogan — ‘Development and Investment’ — reflects our ambition to expand Al Ahly’s resources and maintain its leadership position,” he stated.

🏗️ El-Damati praised the club’s achievements in infrastructure development, including upgrades at the Gezira and Nasr City branches, as well as major progress in Sheikh Zayed and Fifth Settlement branches. He revealed plans to build a fifth branch and to complete Al Ahly’s long-awaited stadium project, which remains “the dream of every fan, member, and official.” 🔴🏟️

He also emphasized the role of the Al Ahly Community Foundation, aiming to expand its social initiatives and impact.

🙌 Concluding his remarks, El-Damati called on all members to participate actively in the election, saying: “Some believe the results are already decided — that’s not true. Al Ahly’s General Assembly has always set the standard for engagement, and October 31 should be a celebration for the entire Al Ahly family.”
