Al-Masry Sporting Club is one of the most historic football clubs in Egypt and the oldest club founded outside Cairo and Alexandria. The Beginning and Foundation

Al-Masry was founded by a group of patriotic young men from Port Said who opposed the dominance of foreign clubs in the city during the British occupation. It became the first club for Egyptians in Port Said, proudly carrying a name that reflects national belonging.

The club joined the Egyptian Premier League from its inception in 1948 and has remained a strong competitor throughout its history, known for its fighting spirit and passionate fanbase.
