Dr. Safaa Touson Al-Shoura is a 2016 graduate in Special Education, holds a Master’s degree in Special Education, and is a certified trainer from Ain Shams University. The center is supervised by Dr. Safaa Tosson El Shoura, who holds a master's degree in special education, has completed preliminary doctoral studies, and is a certified trainer from Ain Shams University. The center has two branches in Beheira Governorate. The first is in Edfeena, next to Doleed Abu Samaha Pharmacy, opposite the Damanhour transport station.
