On this day, we remember the late actor Ahmed Aql 💔, one of the distinguished figures in Egyptian theater and television who built a long and influential artistic career.

🔹 Ahmed Ibrahim Aql was born in Dakahlia in 1938. He studied at the Faculty of Arts, English Department, and worked as a teacher for seven years before founding the school theater project, where he taught and mentored talents — including the late artist Younes Shalaby ✨.

🔹 He began his career on stage before moving to television and cinema. Although he did not pursue leading roles, he became known for his strong presence in supporting characters that added depth and value to every project he joined.

Over more than 40 years, he left his mark in many works, most notably his participation in the film “Terrorism and Kebab”, directed by Sherif Arafa and starring Adel Imam 🎬.

His Final Days 💔

On February 25, 2008, Ahmed Aql passed away at the age of 74 after suffering from acute circulatory failure.

He was transferred to Dar Al Fouad Hospital, where he stayed for five days under medical care before his passing 🤲.

His funeral prayer was held after the afternoon prayer at Al Hosary Mosque in 6th of October City 🕌, and condolences were received the following day at Al Kawkaby Mosque in Agouza.

Though he is gone, his artistic legacy continues to inspire generations ❤️.
