The General Authority for Cultural Palaces, led by Major General Khaled El-Laban, continues to support youth creativity, presenting Al-Anfoushi Cultural Palace’s play "Venicia" as part of the Children’s Theater Clubs until February 16 🎭✨.

Written by Bishoy Abdallah and directed by Ibrahim Gosem, the performance was attended by a judging panel including Director Shazly Farah, Director Taghreed Abdel Rahman, and Actor Amr Hamza, Head of Children’s Theater Clubs 🏆.

The story unfolds in a fantasy city called "Venicia", where the economy is based on units instead of money 💰✨, and a person’s beauty and status are measured by the number of units they possess. Three children wake up in the city and encounter strict rules, particularly during the annual City Festival celebrating the wealthiest in units.

The protagonist faces a psychological challenge due to his different appearance, fearing exile, before he and his friends confront a crisis when a gang tries to steal their units 😔. A girl, previously forced to work with the gang, helps them, transforming the challenge into a chance to showcase human values and true beauty, culminating in a painting created for the hero during the Queen’s annual celebration 🖌️👑.

Director Ibrahim Gosem emphasized that the core message is revealed at the end, when the protagonist is crowned the king of the City of Beauty, highlighting that true beauty lies in the heart and human values, not external appearance ❤️✨.
