Singer Fadel Shaker has issued an official statement expressing his position following the court's ruling acquitting him of the charges brought against him over the past years, emphasizing that he had suffered from clear injustice for more than 13 years.

In his statement, Shaker said:
"I want to clarify to the public that before I entered Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp, there were no judicial rulings or arrest warrants against me. However, after I was forced to take refuge there due to serious threats to my life, I was suddenly bombarded with rulings and accusations without any legal basis. Today, after the court’s acquittal ruling in the case of clashes with the army—which was publicly shared in the media—I reaffirm my innocence and assert that what I went through was a systematic attempt to suppress me."

He added:
"I call on the concerned authorities to view my case as that of an ordinary citizen, far from any political considerations. If this matter is dealt with objectively and transparently, 99% of its complications would be resolved immediately. Charges were deliberately fabricated to silence me and break my artistic career. But God granted me victory, and justice has proven my innocence."
Shaker continued:
"For the first time, I reveal to the public that I was subjected to extortion attempts by certain officials in various security agencies, who demanded enormous sums—amounting to millions of dollars—and pressured me to relinquish my properties and assets in exchange for a verdict of innocence that I rightfully deserved. It didn’t stop there—my family's and children’s assets were also frozen, despite documents proving their ownership, all due to unlawful interference by parties still exerting power beyond the bounds of legitimate institutions."

He affirmed his strong return to music, saying:
"My return to the artistic scene is powered by the unwavering support of my beloved fans, who never abandoned me. Today, with God’s grace, I’ve proven that I remain a formidable figure in the music world. I promise my audience more upcoming work that will be even more unique and beautiful."

He concluded his statement with a special message of gratitude, saying:
"I extend my deepest appreciation and gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who has revived hope in Lebanon and helped usher in a new era of stability across the Arab region. Through this statement, I appeal to him to take an interest in my case and to open this file with full transparency before the Lebanese authorities—especially since it has long been treated as a political issue. Today, with the changing circumstances, we hope this chapter can be closed within the framework of your noble humanitarian efforts that continue to bring good wherever they reach."
