After a Long Dispute… Hassan Shakoush Pays 950,000 EGP Alimony to Ex-Wife, Lifts Seizure
Egyptian singer Hassan Shakosh settles a family court ruling by paying full alimony to his ex-wife Reem Tarek, bringing a long-running legal dispute to an end.
In a move that brought a prolonged legal conflict to a close, Egyptian singer Hassan Shakosh has paid the full court-ordered alimony to his ex-wife Reem Tarek, in compliance with a final ruling issued by the Family Court.
The payment followed Reem Tarek’s acquisition of the executive enforcement order, which obligated Shakosh to pay waiting period and compensation alimony totaling EGP 950,000, after he had previously failed to comply with the ruling.
Upon full settlement of the amount, legal procedures were initiated to lift the freeze on Hassan Shakosh’s bank accounts and assets, after confirming that all financial obligations had been fully met.
The Family Court ruling was final and immediately enforceable, affirming the ex-wife’s legal right to receive her full financial entitlements following the divorce dispute.
