Majida, mother of the late media personality Shaimaa Gamal, shared her thoughts on the final episode of the series “Ward w Shokolata,” which aired yesterday and sparked significant attention among viewers.

She stated in an exclusive comment: "The final episode was true to reality, and there were no violations. It was portrayed authentically." She added: "My priority was that the work does not insult my daughter Shaimaa Gamal, which was achieved, so I did not file any lawsuit against the creators."

Fifi Abdo and a Planned Project on Shaimaa Gamal

Majida revealed that renowned actress Fifi Abdo had previously proposed creating a project about her daughter’s life, saying: "Fifi Abdo contacted me two years ago to present Shaimaa’s story and the incident she faced, but the project was completely halted." She added: "Fifi Abdo was supposed to play my role, and another actress was considered for Shaimaa’s character, but the project never materialized."

Majida explained that she is eagerly awaiting the final episode to see how the story of the lawyer involved in her daughter’s death, played by Mohamed Farag, will conclude, stressing that this part affects her deeply on a personal and emotional level.

She added: "The episodes so far have provided a fair dramatic portrayal for my daughter, and actress Zeina delivered the role with professionalism and authenticity, despite the production company denying any direct link to real events."

Majida emphasized that her viewing of the series stems from her desire to protect her daughter’s image and legacy, asserting that she will not tolerate any insult or distortion.
