Actor Ahmed El Awady continues to engage with his fans through promotional contests for his new series "Ala Clay," set to air during Ramadan 2026.
El Awady announced the new contest on his official social media account, stating: “The mini contest runs until 12 midnight. I will randomly select ten winners within three hours, each winning 2000 EGP.” He asked his fans: “What will my character’s name be in the series? 1- Ala Mazhar 2- Ala Rustam 3- Ala Clay” and encouraged sharing the question with friends.
The series "Ala Clay" follows a social-popular storyline, where El Awady plays "Ala," a former boxer living in Helwan district, working in car spare parts trade, and managing an orphanage. His life intertwines with various personal and professional conflicts, including romantic and business challenges, adding a human dimension to the story.
The series is written by Mahmoud Hamdan, directed by Mohamed Abd El Salam, and produced by Synergy. Alongside El Awady, the cast includes Dorra, Mohamed Tharwat, Essam El Sakka, Entesar, Reem Sami, Yara El Sekry, Safwa, Mahmoud El Bazawy, Sara Baraka, Rahma Mohsen, Tarek El Desouky, Bassam Ragab, and other young actors.
