Ahmed El Sakka Attends Funeral of Nidal El Shafie’s Mother and Recites Quran
Actor Ahmed El Sakka attended the funeral of his friend Nidal El Shafie’s mother at Al-Hamidiya Al-Shadhili Mosque, reciting the Quran and offering prayers, with several other artists present to pay their respects.
The funeral of Nidal El Shafie’s mother took place at Al-Hamidiya Al-Shadhili Mosque following her passing on Wednesday after a struggle with illness. Several renowned actors attended to offer condolences, most notably Ahmed El Sakka, who accompanied his friend, recited the Quran, and prayed for the deceased.

The Egyptian Actors’ Syndicate, headed by Ashraf Zaki, issued a statement mourning the passing:
"With deep sorrow and grief, the Syndicate mourns the passing of Nidal El Shafie’s mother, praying to God Almighty to grant her mercy, a place in His vast paradise, and patience and solace for her family."
Nidal El Shafie also shared an emotional post on social media:
"Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed to Him we shall return. My dearest, my mother, has passed away."
