The cheerful presenter is in police custody after profiting from explicit interviews.
Security forces arrested the "cheerful presenter" after documenting his interviews with scantily clad dancers, which he published for profit.

As part of the Ministry of Interior’s ongoing efforts to combat cybercrimes and protect society from moral violations, the General Administration for Morality Investigations successfully arrested blogger Sayed Ghoneim, popularly known on social media as the “cheerful presenter,” after tracking and documenting his controversial online activity.
Investigations revealed that Sayed Ghoneim had been exploiting digital platforms to produce content that violates legal and societal norms. He published a series of recorded videos featuring young women dressed in revealing clothing, engaging in suggestive movements and inappropriate gestures, while using sexually explicit language — all under the guise of "entertainment interviews" or "talk show segments."According to security reports, these videos were posted on his official accounts on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, where they garnered high viewership, suggesting that the primary intent behind the content was financial gain through ad revenue and viewer engagement — with complete disregard for legal or moral standards.
Following thorough surveillance of his online activity and completion of the required legal procedures, an arrest warrant was issued by the Public Prosecution. The security forces successfully apprehended him and transferred him to the relevant authorities for interrogation on charges of incitement to debauchery, facilitating immoral acts, and publishing pornographic content online.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that security agencies will not tolerate such actions, which pose a direct threat to the ethical and social fabric of the community. It also affirmed that campaigns will continue to track down anyone promoting unlawful content or seeking profit at the expense of public values.
This case is part of a broader crackdown on content creators who exploit social media to disseminate visual materials that harm public interest and violate Law No. 175 of 2018 on combating cybercrimes.
