Complaint Filed Against Sherine Abdel Wahab Over “Passwords”... Prosecution Summons Her Social Media Manager
A complaint against Sherine Abdel Wahab accuses her of insult and threats due to disputes over passwords.
The Sheikh Zayed Public Prosecution, under the supervision of Counselor Amr Ghorab, the First Attorney General of October Prosecution, has begun its investigation into a complaint filed by the official account manager of the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab. The complaint accuses her of insulting and threatening him, in an incident reflecting escalating tensions between the two parties over disputes related to managing her social media accounts.
Counselor Ahmed Osama, Head of the First and Second Sheikh Zayed Prosecution, has ordered the summons of the account manager to hear his statements and clarify the details of the disagreements with the artist, following an official memo submitted by his lawyer to the Second Sheikh Zayed Police Department.
According to the complaint, the artist directed insults and threats to her account manager, Mahmoud Mohamed, during a phone call, due to a serious dispute over the passwords for her Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok platforms, which he manages on her behalf.
The complaint indicated that the threats included personal harm and offensive language, prompting the complainant to take legal action and refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
The Public Prosecution is conducting investigations and continues to hear the statements of all involved parties to ascertain the truth of the incident and take the necessary legal measures.
