The Gulf drama scene is preparing for Ramadan with a new social series titled “Kasra”, which promises to offer a heartfelt and realistic portrayal of family life. Veteran actor Dawood Hussein expressed his pride in joining the project, noting that the script carries a meaningful message that reflects modern societal issues.

Dawood Hussein portrays Aref, a devoted husband and member of a popular band and music studio, who faces a tragic loss after the death of his son. This event marks a turning point in his life, as he decides to adopt three children, raising them as his own and relying on them for emotional support.

He explained in a statement:

“Aref adopts three children and raises them to be his support in the future. The series addresses the relationship between parents and children, and when this relationship is healthy, it becomes a core element in stabilizing the family.”
