In a highly anticipated artistic atmosphere, the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts is preparing to launch its 40th edition, with Jordanian star Diana Karazon chosen as the face of the opening ceremony, reflecting her strong artistic presence and wide Arab recognition.
A Powerful Opening Performance
The Higher Organizing Committee of the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts has selected Diana Karazon as the main musical star of the 40th edition opening ceremony, scheduled for this evening on the Northern Theatre stage in the ancient city of Jerash, under royal patronage, in a celebration that reflects Jordan’s cultural identity and global artistic message.
A Symbol of Heritage and Modern Art
Diana Karazon’s selection comes in recognition of her distinguished artistic journey and her authentic Jordanian voice that has resonated across the Arab world, blending heritage-inspired music with modern artistic expression.
A Second Special Appearance
Beyond the opening night, Diana Karazon will be the only Jordanian and Arab female artist to appear twice at Jerash Festival 2026. She will also perform a second concert on Thursday, July 30, at the Southern Theatre, in a night expected to attract strong audience engagement.
