Disney has reached a new agreement with Netflix to make a selection of its movies and television series available to Netflix subscribers.
The deal includes several well-known titles, including the Ice Age film franchise and Percy Jackson and the Olympians, along with additional Disney television and film productions.
The agreement is non-exclusive, meaning the selected titles will continue to be available through Disney's own streaming services, including Disney+, while Netflix receives streaming rights for specified periods.
First Two Percy Jackson Seasons Coming to Netflix
Netflix is set to begin streaming the first two seasons of Percy Jackson and the Olympians on October 4, with the titles available on the platform for three months.
The agreement also includes all five movies in the Ice Age franchise.
Netflix will then add the first four seasons of Will Trent beginning November 3, followed by the first two seasons of Shifting Gears on December 1.
International availability will follow different schedules, with several titles scheduled to reach audiences outside the United States during 2027.
More Disney Series Coming to Netflix in 2027
The agreement also covers the first three seasons of Tracker, starring Justin Hartley. Viewers outside the United States are expected to gain access to the series beginning February 26, 2027.
The multi-year arrangement also allows Disney to bring a selection of older titles to Netflix.
Among them is Felicity, which is scheduled to arrive on Netflix in the United States on October 7, with international releases planned for later dates.
Disney and Pixar Movies Coming to Netflix
The deal extends beyond television series to include movies from Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar.
The titles include Soul, Elio, and Raya and the Last Dragon, with global Netflix availability scheduled to begin in early 2027.
Release dates will vary by market, meaning viewers in different regions may receive the films at different times.
The lineup also includes additional Disney and Pixar movies that are not necessarily connected to major franchises, giving Netflix subscribers access to a broader selection of Disney content.
