Dynamite Kiss — The Lie That Ignited Love
A Korean rom-com full of contradictions: a woman pretending to be married with a child to land a job, and a kiss that changes everything by sparking unexpected feelings.
In Dynamite Kiss, the lives of “Ko Da-Rim” and “Gong Ji-Hyuk” collide in a baby-product company, but their story is built on secrets and deception.
-
Ko Da-Rim (Ahn Eun-jin) is a woman in her thirties striving for financial stability and a steady job. Because she struggles to be hired as a single woman, she fabricates a “married life” with a child to get a post in the Mother TF team at the company. Gong Ji-Hyuk (Jang Ki-yong) leads the Mother TF team – practical, composed, and not one to believe in love easily. He’s caught off guard when Da-Rim impulsively kisses him, thrusting him into emotional turmoil
-
After the explosive kiss, Da-Rim vanishes without revealing her secret. Ji-Hyuk is left wrestling with confusion and curiosity, believing she truly is married with a child.
-
Da-Rim must maintain her lie to keep her job, but as she works under Ji-Hyuk, real feelings begin to emerge, complicating her initial motive.
-
She enlists Kim Sun-Woo (Kim Mu-jun) as her fake husband, a close friend whose support deepens beyond their arrangement, creating a genuine emotional connection.
-
Beyond the romantic comedy, the show explores Da-Rim’s journey to self-acceptance and whether love born from lies can become something real and lasting — while Ji-Hyuk wonders if his feelings are genuine or just a product of deception.
