For the 14th consecutive day, Amr Diab continues to dominate YouTube with his new songs.
Amr Diab tops YouTube and "X" trends with three songs and a new commercial, as his album “Ebtidaina” gains remarkable global recognition.
The song “Khatfouni” from the album soared to the top of YouTube’s trending list in Egypt, followed by “Mat’ala’ash” in second place, and “Baba” in third. With three different songs from the same album occupying the top three spots, Amr Diab has achieved a rare feat that reflects his immense popularity and his remarkable ability to stay fresh and innovative with every new release.
His success extended beyond YouTube to the platform "X" (formerly Twitter), where he trended widely following the release of his latest commercial for a major soft drink brand. The ad was set to the tune of his new song “Yalla”, and featured a special appearance by his son, Abdallah Diab. This marked their second musical collaboration after the song “Ah Ya Leil”, adding a touching family element that resonated deeply with fans.
On the international stage, “Ebtidaina” made a groundbreaking entry into Spotify’s global Top New Albums chart, landing at number 7—just behind Kesha’s album at 5th place and Murad’s “Reinstrado 2.0” at 6th. For an Arabic album to enter such a chart is a remarkable milestone that showcases El Hadaba’s expanding global appeal.
The album also made notable progress on iTunes, reaching 79th on the global chart and 155th on the U.S. iTunes chart. Meanwhile, its songs secured top spots on the most-streamed lists in over ten Arab countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon, Morocco, Jordan, and Kuwait—demonstrating his wide-reaching fan base across the Arab world.
Amid this artistic momentum, Amr Diab is preparing to headline one of the biggest concerts of summer 2025, as part of the New Alamein Festival scheduled for early August. The event is expected to draw massive crowds, with fans eager to sing along to the tracks from the new album alongside the timeless hits that have defined generations.
With this continued success, El Hadaba proves once again that he is the embodiment of an artist who combines quality with longevity—turning each new release into a cultural and musical event that captivates both Arab and international audiences.
