During her appearance on On The Road with TV host Bilal Al Arabi, Hanan Motawie shared personal stories about marriage, childhood, and her artistic journey.
She described the first year of marriage as the most difficult stage for any couple, saying it demands patience, compromise, and understanding to build a lasting relationship.
Motawie also revealed that she never wanted to marry simply because society expected it. Instead, she believed in waiting for genuine love and the right life partner.
She spoke warmly about her mother, actress Soheir El Morshedy, who encouraged her to get married out of love and concern rather than pressure.
Reflecting on her childhood, Motawie admitted that growing up as the daughter of two celebrated actors was emotionally challenging, as many people saw her only through her parents' fame rather than her own personality.
She emphasized that proving herself through talent and hard work became one of her biggest goals, eventually allowing her to establish a successful acting career built on her own achievements.
