Huda Ramzy: My Retirement from Acting Is Final and I Will Not Return to Acting
Hoda Ramzy confirms her decision to retire from acting was well-considered and she has no plans to return to the industry.
Actress Huda Ramzy confirmed that her decision to retire was the result of deep and careful consideration, noting that it was the most suitable decision for her and that she will never go back on it due to the current state of the art scene. She explained that she does not find any offers that excite her enough to return to acting.
During an interview on Sada El-Balad 2 with journalist Nihal Tayel, Huda Ramzy stated that art has been a part of her life since childhood because of her father, and that she had once wished to return to it. However, after observing the current state of the art industry, she felt that a comeback would not be appropriate for her. She added, “The current reality of art does not suit us as artists.”
Huda Ramzy also praised the performance of actress Sherine Al-Mutazawijoon in an Arabic series, highlighting her great talent and her ability to choose comedic roles that suit her perfectly.
She concluded her talk by affirming that she has never regretted her decision to retire, and that art has given her much pride and the love of people during public appearances, considering her experience in the art scene to have added a wealth of knowledge and beautiful memories.
