Hussein Mostafa Moharram Reveals 3 Unreleased Series by His Father
Writer Hussein Mostafa Moharram revealed that his late father left three TV series that have not been produced yet, expressing hope that they will be made soon. The statement came during the filming of “Haq Daye’,” set to air in the upcoming Ramadan season, amid the return of the Egyptian TV Production Sector to drama after 10 years.
During the filming of “Haq Daye’,” which is set to air in Ramadan 2026, writer Hussein Mostafa Moharram spoke about his late father’s legacy, revealing that there are three series that have not been produced yet, describing them as “very valuable” and hoping they will be brought to life soon 🎬✨
Moharram said:
“My father left three series that never saw the light, and I hope they will be produced because they are very valuable.”
He also commented on the idea of producing additional seasons for his father’s works or any successful show, stating that he is not in favor of sequels unless the project was originally planned to have multiple parts. Creating a new part just because the original succeeded, he believes, weakens the value of the first work.
He added:
“I’m not really into sequels… If the work was designed to have parts, I’m fine with that. But inventing a second part just because the first one succeeded is not right.”
