South Sinai Governor Khaled Mubarak honored director Mazen El-Gharabawy, president of the Sharm El-Sheikh International Theatre Festival for Youth, during preparations for the festival’s 10th edition closing ceremony.
South Sinai Governor Major General Dr. Khaled Mubarak honored renowned director Mazen El-Gharabawy, president of the Sharm El-Sheikh International Theatre Festival for Youth, in appreciation of his cultural contributions and leadership throughout the festival’s ten successful editions. 🌟
The festival’s organizing committees welcomed the Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Fouad Henna, ahead of his attendance at the closing ceremony of the 10th edition, held today at the Sharm El-Sheikh Cultural Palace. 🎭✨
The closing night will be attended by both the Minister of Culture and the Governor of South Sinai, along with a distinguished group of stars from Egypt, the Arab world, and several international guests. Among the honorees this year are iconic actress Elham Shaheen and celebrated comedian Hany Ramzy. ⭐🎉
The festival is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority, reaffirming the state’s commitment to supporting cultural events that highlight Egypt’s artistic identity and strengthen its global tourism position. 🇪🇬✨

This edition is led by Dr. Engy El-Bastawisy, while the festival proudly carries the name of iconic actress Elham Shaheen in honor of her rich artistic journey and unwavering support for theatre. Producer Hesham Suleiman heads the Supreme Committee, with the late legend Samihah Ayoub remembered as the honorary president of the festival. 🌹
