The difference is clear compared to what happens in Egypt, where sometimes training sessions are delayed, which opens the door to options that might affect a player's routine and make him stay up late or be less committed in general."
Abdelmonem pointed out that the professional environment in Europe helps build a player's personality both on and off the field. He explained that most of his teammates at Nice are in the age range of 18 to 24, creating a competitive atmosphere and a youthful team spirit that pushes everyone to develop constantly.
