At ArtTalks Gallery, a new edition of the “Egypt is Born” initiative opens, reaffirming that Egyptian art remains fertile with young talents capable of redefining the country’s visual identity. The second edition features 29 emerging artists from across Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, Qena, Aswan, Fayoum, Beheira, Mansoura, Banha, Tanta, and Sohag. This geographic diversity reflects not only the spread of talent but also the variety of life experiences and cultural backgrounds.

The exhibition presents 128 works spanning paintings, sculptures, and installations. The works create a visual dialogue between past and present, heritage and modernity, and emotion and concept.

The artworks revisit ancient Egyptian symbols such as Nefertiti, the Ankh, and the Isis necklace, but through contemporary geometric forms, golden glows, and sacred sky-blue tones. Young artists weave heritage into a new visual language, reinterpreting ancestral genes for the 21st century.
