The Canal governorates are hosting the theatrical performance “Noor in the World of Seas” today, as part of the “Theater of Confrontation and Touring” project produced by the Artistic House of Theater under the Cultural Production Sector, headed by artist Hisham Atwa.
🎯 This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Culture’s strategy to spread theatrical arts across all governorates, especially border areas and underprivileged regions, bringing culture directly to the audience beyond major cities.

Director Mohamed El-Sharkawy, supervising the project, announced that the show will run at the Port Said Cultural Palace Theater from 20 to 24, then move to the Ismailia Cultural Palace Theater from 26 to 30.

“Noor in the World of Seas” follows an exciting journey into the underwater world, featuring “Noor” the human and “Hoor,” the daughter of the sea king. Alongside sea creatures and a mystical genie, Noor seeks to save the sea from human-caused pollution.
The performance delivers a clear environmental awareness message, targeting children and youth through a lively, entertaining theatrical style.
