He expressed concern that many fans now treat music competitions the same way football supporters treat rival clubs, creating unnecessary conflicts and online attacks.
Gamal emphasized that artists themselves maintain respectful relationships and healthy professional competition, adding that the social media conflicts do not reflect reality.
He also criticized some self-proclaimed music critics on social platforms, arguing that many opinions are published without proper musical knowledge or academic background, resulting in misleading evaluations.
The singer congratulated all artists who released albums this summer, stressing that the ultimate goal is to support Egyptian music and preserve its prestigious reputation across the Arab world.
