Sahib Al-Saada" Celebrates Naguib Al-Rihani at the National Theatre

The National Centre for Theatre and Folk Arts celebrated Naguib Al-Rihani’s birthday with a unique play blending comedy, music, and storytelling, attended by top artists and a large audience

In an unforgettable artistic evening, the National Centre for Theatre, Music, and Folk Arts, led by director Adel Hassan, staged a play on Tuesday, February 3, titled "Sahib Al-Saada.. Naguib Al-Rihani", celebrating the birthday of the legendary Egyptian comedian 🎭.

The performance attracted a large audience, including prominent artists and media figures, such as director Nasser Abdel-Moneim, actors Sabry Fawaz, Hamdi El-Wazir, Samar El-Wazir (Director of the General Theatre Administration), directors Ahmed Taha, Hamdi Hussein, poet-director Hamdi Abu El-Alaa, director Mohamed Saber, actors Ramy Ghit and Rasha Sami, among others 🌟.

The play was dramatically written by Shazly Farah and directed by Ahmed Shawky Raouf, blending storytelling and singing accompanied by the National Theatre's music ensemble, using film material by Ahmed Fathy. Featured performers included: Khaled Mahrous, Maher Mahmoud, Hend Omar, Nashwa Ismail, Fatma Darwish, Karim El-Basty, and Mahmoud Ismail 🎶.

The production was a collaboration between the National Centre for Theatre, Music, Folk Arts, and the Artistic House for Theatre, staged at Al-Ghad Theatre under the leadership of director Samah Maghahid 🎬.
