🗽 Acting training in New York
Away from filming, Sakhr recently traveled to New York after receiving a full scholarship to study acting at The Acting Studio New York under acting coach James Price.
His intensive training included the Meisner Technique, as well as voice, speech, singing and movement.
The Acting Studio New York was founded in 1983 by James Price and is known for its training programs based on the Meisner acting tradition.
For Sakhr, the experience represents an investment in the technical side of acting and an opportunity to explore different approaches to character development and performance.

One of Sakhr's latest Ramadan appearances was in “The Second Half”, which aired during Ramadan 2026.
The series featured Ahmed Amin, Asmaa Abu El Yazid, Abdel Rahman Mohamed and Donia Samy, and was directed by Hossam Ali.
Sakhr played the character of Alawy, adding another role to a growing list of varied television performances.

The film was selected for the official competition of the 55th Tampere Film Festival in Finland and the official competition of the 37th Palm Springs International ShortFest.
Its international festival journey gave Sakhr another opportunity to work within a cinematic format that differs considerably from television drama.
