Tamer Abdel Moneim Celebrates New Year with Audience at Al-Balon Theatre
Singer and director Tamer Abdel Moneim celebrated the New Year with a full house at Al-Balon Theatre, presenting musical and dance performances along with heartfelt humanitarian initiatives.
New Year Celebration:
The New Year event took place at Al-Balon Theatre, organized by the Artistic House for Folk and Dance Arts under the leadership of Tamer Abdel Moneim, with full audience attendance. The event was supervised by Minister of Culture Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hano, following his directives to enhance artistic performances in cooperation with the Theatre Sector headed by director Hisham Attwa.
The celebration began with the Egyptian national anthem, followed by a warm greeting from Tamer Abdel Moneim: "Happy New Year to you all. May this year be joyful for everyone," and he conveyed the Minister of Culture’s New Year greetings.

Reda Troupe for Folk and Dance Arts, led by Enas Abdelaziz, presented performances including "Halawat Shamsna," "Luxor Baladna," "Tannoura," "Fellahin," "Drums," and "Nubia."

Angham Al-Shabab "Shabab Live" delivered songs like "Younes," "Gara Eh," "Khatfooni," "Gana El Hawa," and a 90s medley.

The National Folk Arts Troupe led by Mohamed Farmawi performed "Muwashah," "Fetouat," "Songs," "Horse," and "Manbooty."

The National Circus presented entertaining acts for children and audiences, including a magician’s segment, culminating in the first act with a New Year showcase.

The second act featured the musical-dance show "Nostalgia 90/80" starring Tamer Abdel Moneim alongside young performers, with collaboration from Reda Troupe and Port Said Folk Arts Troupe. Humanitarian Initiatives and Awards:
Tamer Abdel Moneim conducted a raffle for three audience members, giving them gifts. In a heartfelt gesture, he celebrated the birthdays of four children at the Heroes Association for Cancer Patients, singing and encouraging the audience to join the celebration.
