Wael Jassar Voices Frustration Over Baghdad Concert Setup, Assures Fans He Will Continue
Singer Wael Jassar expressed his frustration over sound engineering issues during his Baghdad concert but confirmed he would continue for his audience, while denying rumors of his separation from wife, Mary Jassar.
During his concert in Baghdad, singer Wael Jassar faced technical issues with the sound system, prompting him to express his frustration: "People didn’t come to dance, they came to listen… In the beginning of my career, this sound setup was never used on me. I’m upset, but I will continue the concert for the audience. I’m on a professional stage and the equipment must be complete."
Jassar also addressed circulating rumors regarding his separation from his wife Mary Jassar, telling ET Arabia: "I don’t pay attention to rumors… My wife and I are happy, and God willing, it will last forever."
In his artistic endeavors, one of the production companies released the official music video for Jassar’s new song "Hob Zaman" on various video and music platforms. The song is written by Ahmed Abu Zahra, composed by Zaem, with music arrangement by Ahmed Ali, and mixed and mastered by Amir Mahrous, showcasing the romantic style of Jassar’s latest work.
