However, writer Amr Mahmoud Yassin responded decisively through a public post, rejecting any connection between the series and real-life events.

“I read many silly posts and comments, and I laugh at how naive they are… I have never written my drama to serve specific agendas, and I never will.”
He added: “I respect my profession and my voice… I attend every shot during filming to ensure the script follows the direction I believe in.”

He affirmed that the story, title, characters, and every word are his decision and responsibility, within a collaborative work environment with mutual respect.

He admitted that any similarity to real life is possible, as writers draw inspiration from the society they live in.
