In a decisive move, Engineer Adel Al-Naggar, Governor of Giza, oversaw the efforts of the Agouza District in cracking down on building violations and encroachments on public roads. The local authorities successfully demolished three illegally constructed concrete floors in the building located at 7 Abdelaziz Gawish Street.
The offender attempted to disguise the violations by installing a finished façade to hide the unauthorized construction, but the district authorities detected the deception and carried out the full demolition, taking the necessary legal action. This serves as a clear message that the state will not tolerate any violations.
The governor emphasized the importance of continuing monitoring campaigns and immediate field inspections, reinforcing that random construction and encroachments on designated boundaries will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Demolition Campaign in Nozha and Confiscation of Illegal Construction Equipment
In a similar effort, Major General Tamer Shousha, Head of the Nozha District, ordered the continuation of demolition campaigns. Authorities carried out the removal of illegal construction works at Building No. 11 on Mostafa Shams El-Din Street, as part of the state's plan to regulate urban development and firmly enforce the law.
The district head confirmed that the tools and equipment used in the illegal construction were confiscated and stored in the district’s warehouse, with legal procedures initiated against the violators. He also noted that field inspections are ongoing in the Housing Area to ensure compliance with building regulations.

Meanwhile, Major General Ibrahim Abdel Hadi, Deputy Governor of the Western Zone, accompanied by Dr. Ayatollah Yassin, Head of Boulaq Abou El-Ela District, conducted an inspection tour of the new Boulaq market and surrounding areas to assess operations, cleanliness, orderliness, and public services provided to citizens.
