Qalyubia Civil Protection forces, under the supervision of Major General Abdel Fattah Al-Qassas, Assistant Minister of Interior for Qalyubia Security Sector, managed to control a fire that broke out inside an elevator in a residential building within the jurisdiction of Khosous Police Department.

Fire Report and Security Response
Major General Haitham Shehata, Director of the Qalyubia Civil Protection Department, received a report about the fire inside a residential building in the Khosous area. Immediately, security forces and civil protection teams rushed to the scene, deploying several fire trucks to control the blaze.

Fire Control and Prevention of Spread
The firefighting teams successfully contained the fire inside the elevator and prevented it from spreading to other parts of the building. No injuries or casualties were reported. Civil protection forces are continuing cooling operations to ensure the fire does not reignite.

Prosecution Investigation and Urgent Inquiries
A formal report of the incident was filed, and the Public Prosecution has taken over the investigation. It ordered the forensic laboratory to determine the cause of the fire and requested urgent police inquiries to take necessary legal measures.
