The security forces succeeded in arresting two unemployed men after their involvement in seizing a sum of money from a citizen by impersonating police officers. This came following a report received by the Nozha Police Department from a citizen, stating that two individuals in a private car stopped him, claimed to be police officers, and forcibly took money from him.

After intensive investigations and gathering precise information, the authorities were able to identify the suspects and arrest them along with the vehicle used and the seized money. When confronted, the suspects confessed to the entire incident, confirming that they impersonated police officers to carry out scams and fraud against citizens.

The Ministry of Interior clarified that this action is part of its ongoing efforts to uncover crimes and protect citizens from becoming victims of such operations. All necessary legal measures were taken against the suspects, and they were referred to the Public Prosecution to complete the investigations.
