Giza Governor: One-Day Market in Imbaba Serves the District, Western Munira, and Warraq
Engineer Adel Al-Naggar, Governor of Giza, confirmed that the one-day market in Imbaba will be held every Friday, and that the street will be reopened to regular traffic on the remaining days of the week. He added that the market serves several areas, including Imbaba, Western Munira, and Warraq.
This came during the inauguration of the market on Al-Sawameh Street in the Imbaba district on Friday morning, in cooperation with the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade. The governor noted that this market is a step toward easing the burden on citizens by providing goods at affordable prices.
Al-Naggar added that all executive bodies are working to implement the directives of the political leadership to provide support to citizens, stressing that one-day markets will be organized in several other districts and gradually expanded to all neighborhoods and cities of the governorate.
