The governor personally called the top-performing students to congratulate them on their outstanding achievements, affirming the governorate’s full support for all high achievers and encouraging them to continue striving for excellence. He also extended his thanks to parents for their vital role in this success.
Nadia Fathy, Director of the Education Directorate in Matrouh, stated that a total of 11,775 students sat for the preparatory exams, of whom 9,935 passed. She noted that the success rate marks an improvement compared to previous years, indicating progress in educational performance across the governorate.

Fathy added that the Directorate ensured a safe and organized environment for students during the exams, implemented precautionary and safety measures, and coordinated closely with local education administrations to prevent any disruptions.

Meanwhile, the Al-Azhar educational sector continued to monitor the secondary certificate exams. During his visit, Sheikh Atiya Salem listened to students’ feedback regarding the nature of the questions and exam conditions. He assured them that the administration is fully committed to removing any obstacles they may face. He also praised the efforts of exam supervisors and monitors in maintaining order and transparency throughout the process.
