Official: 2026 Pension Increase Payment Date Announced
Official 2026 pension increase date announced: Learn about new minimum and maximum limits and payment procedures.
The National Organization for Social Insurance has announced the payment date for the 2026 pension increases, affecting around 11 million beneficiaries and their families, following the adjustment of minimum and maximum pension limits starting January 2026.
The annual increase will officially begin on July 1, 2026, with a rate of up to 15%, as part of the state’s plan to support pensioners and improve their ability to cope with living costs.
For February 2026 pensions, beneficiaries will receive the approved increase starting February 1, 2026, until the end of the month, through a wide network of payment methods including ATMs, post offices, banks, and electronic outlets 🌐💳
The organization also provides a service to check pensions using the national ID on the official website, allowing beneficiaries to view their entitlements easily.
The new pension limits raise the minimum pension from 1495 EGP to 1755 EGP, and the maximum from 11600 EGP to 13360 EGP, alongside an increase in the minimum and maximum insured salary to ensure pensions reflect the real income of beneficiaries 💰📊
