As cold winds sweep across the البلاد and temperatures drop, the Ministry of Health has issued important guidelines to help citizens stay safe during unstable weather conditions and heavy rainfall.
The ministry emphasized wearing multiple layers of warm clothing to maintain body heat, along with moisture-absorbing innerwear to prevent sudden chills. It also advised using waterproof outerwear during rain and choosing shoes that prevent water leakage to keep feet dry.
To combat the cold, citizens were urged to cover their heads and ears with woolen caps, and wear gloves and insulated socks. Additionally, the ministry stressed the importance of immediately changing wet clothes to avoid losing body heat and reduce the risk of illness.
On the preparedness front, hospitals and healthcare facilities have been placed on maximum alert following meteorological warnings of severe weather instability expected on March 25 and 26, 2026.
Officials confirmed that all necessary measures are in place to ensure rapid response to any health emergencies resulting from the harsh weather, aiming to safeguard public health during these challenging conditions.
In times when the sky shifts without warning, awareness becomes protection, and prevention becomes survival.
