With the announcement of the 2025 Technical Diploma results, interest has grown among students and their parents to learn more about the university and institute admission coordination process, in order to explore available academic pathways and opportunities to continue higher education—according to the official regulations announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The ministry allows graduates of technical diplomas from various fields to apply for universities and higher institutes as part of the 2025/2026 university admission coordination, through the electronic coordination office, based on specific rules that ensure fairness and equality among students while meeting labor market needs.
Eligible Categories:
The technical diploma coordination covers students holding:
Three-year technical school diplomas (Commercial – Industrial – Agricultural – Music – Restoration of Antiquities – Health Services Assistants).
Five-year technical school diplomas in all specializations.
Higher technical institutes (two years after general secondary education or its equivalent).
These students can apply to a range of colleges and institutes, provided they meet the academic requirements and pass any required aptitude tests.
Admission Requirements:
The Ministry of Higher Education has set the following conditions for the admission of technical diploma students:
A minimum total score of 70% in the technical diploma certificate.
Compliance with geographic distribution rules, based on the student's place of residence listed on the certificate.
Passing aptitude tests for colleges that require them, such as:
Fine Arts
Applied Arts
Media
Specific Education
