Security authorities uncovered the circumstances behind a widely circulated video on social media showing six individuals riding two motorcycles without license plates, brandishing bladed weapons and performing provocative stunts that caused panic among residents in a residential area within the Third Police District in Ismailia.
Following investigations, authorities managed to identify and apprehend both motorcycles and the individuals featured in the video. They were found to be six unemployed men, one of whom has a prior criminal record, all residing in Ismailia, and in possession of the bladed weapons used in the incident.
When questioned, they confessed to the act as shown in the video, explaining that their behavior stemmed from a previous dispute involving one of them and another person. They admitted they were searching for him in his residential area with the intent to assault him.
The motorcycles were seized, and legal procedures were taken against the suspects as part of ongoing efforts to maintain public safety and deter any actions that threaten or intimidate citizens.
