The Cairo Family Appeals Court has reserved the lawsuit concerning school tuition expenses for the daughters of former football player Ibrahim Saeed, setting April 15 as the date for issuing the final judgment.
The decision came after the court allowed sufficient time to review submitted documents and assess the financial claims related to the girls’ educational costs before delivering its ruling.
The case was reviewed over several sessions before being officially reserved for judgment, with the court examining the legal obligations imposed on the father regarding education and living expenses for his daughters.
In a related development, the Family Court had previously dismissed a detention lawsuit filed by Saeed’s ex-wife, which sought to compel him to pay outstanding school fees for one of his daughters, due to procedural reasons.
Records also show that the ex-wife previously obtained several court rulings in her favor, including multiple alimony cases and additional claims covering food, clothing, housing, and increased educational expenses amid the ongoing family dispute.
