Authorities have released blogger Yara Mostafa on bail after she was accused of posting videos deemed indecent and promoting immoral conduct.
Legal procedures were taken, and Yara Mostafa was investigated by the public prosecution, which decided to release her while continuing the investigation into the case.
This incident follows similar cases involving the publication of content offensive to public morals. Previously, the court sentenced blogger Mohamed Al Pacino to two years in prison and a fine of 100,000 EGP for recording and posting indecent videos and interviews promoting immoral behavior.
Lawyer Ahmed Fathy had submitted defenses and legal documents on behalf of Mohamed Al Pacino, requesting his acquittal, but the court ruled based on the available evidence and legal files.
