Defense Raises Issue of Defendant Being Photographed
Meanwhile, the defense raised another issue that it said occurred following the previous hearing.
The lawyer said he was surprised to discover that his client had been photographed inside the defendants’ cage and that images of him were published without obtaining permission from either the defendant or his defense team.
The defense questioned whether such photography and publication could constitute a legal violation and whether it could harm the defendant before a final ruling is issued.
